Construction of a residential building with two 14-story towers above a 6-story parking garage podium.

Scope of Work: Interior Finishes, Structural Concrete, Site Concrete, Structural Steel, HVAC.

Our Role & Process:

Project Selection: Chosen for its large scale and multi-scope involvement, aligning with our high-capacity project experience.

Estimation Review: Our estimator reviewed all trade scopes, from concrete and steel to interior finishes and HVAC, to create a coordinated bid.

Scope Clarifications: RFIs addressed podium-to-tower transition details and MEP coordination for HVAC systems.

Strategic Execution: We divided work into podium construction, tower cores, floor plates, and interior fit-out packages.

Tools & Process: With the use of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, we developed a comprehensive proposal with detailed inclusions/exclusions per division, giving GCs confidence in scope coverage and pricing accuracy.

Our Project Impact: Our ability to accurately estimate across multiple trades placed us in a strong competitive position.
