Seven-story mixed-use structure with an outpatient medical office on the first floor (no medical gases), 39 affordable apartments at <30% AMI, 39 at <50% AMI on floors 2–7, and a rooftop deck with a youth soccer field.

Scope of Work: Drywall, Metal Framing, Insulation.

Tools & Process: With the use of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, we compiled a scope-divided proposal with clear inclusions and exclusions, allowing GCs to compare on equal terms.
