About Project

Three-story addition to the existing Castleberry High School campus, including administration, science labs, CTE classrooms, multipurpose spaces, and a connector building linking the cafeteria/gym to the older portion of the high school.

Scope of Work: Site Concrete and Structural Concrete.

Estimation Review: The estimator reviewed the scope, complex site logistics, and specifications to prepare an accurate bid.

Scope Clarifications: RFIs addressed sequencing requirements for the connector building and site-specific concrete placement challenges.

Strategic Execution: We segmented the work into foundation slabs, vertical structural elements, exterior site concrete, and tie-ins to the existing structures.

Tools & Process: With the use of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, we compiled a structured, division-wise proposal with defined inclusions and exclusions, enabling clear GC comparison and building confidence in our accuracy.
