With the use of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, we compiled a structured and division-specific proposal, with inclusions/exclusions clearly defined, aligning precisely with the GC’s comparison requirements.
Our methodical approach positioned our bid competitively and strengthened our role through added project management involvement.
